What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a workout program consisting of constantly varied, high intensity functional movements incorporating movements from multiple sports and types of exercise. The core of CrossFit consists of various weight training techniques and incorporating functional movements that translate to everyday activities.

Do I need any experience to try CrossFit?

Absolutely not! We welcome individuals of all fitness levels to come try us out. We will assess your fitness knowledge and guide you to modify every workout as appropriate, while teaching you new techniques and finding ways to challenge yourself. 

I'm intimidated... I've never done anything like this before.

You are not alone! Many of our members have started their CrossFit journey with us, and every single person is on a different fitness journey. Rest assured that you will not be the only person "modifying" movements or not being able to perform some exercises. 

Do you offer a free trial?
